Terms/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

To cancel your vacation package, Agency may charge depending on  a non-refundable fee of up to $150.00 for hosted and non hosted trips. This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request . There are no refunds unless otherwise stated on the packages purchased at time of marketing.

All cancellations must be in writing to info@laughtravellive.com.

By submitting a deposit or payment, you:

- Formally accept Laugh Travel & Live’s Terms & Conditions as stated herein.  

- Give Laugh Travel, Live and agents permission to accept the terms & conditions of the third-party supplier on your behalf. All the terms & conditions applicable to your vacation will be reviewed with you in your travel proposal.

- You agree to abide by the terms & conditions and policies of both the third-party supplier and Laugh Travel & Live.

Any violation will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable as per each proposal terms.
